Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

Residency: Open exclusively to Australian residents living in Australia.

Email Requirement: A valid email address is required for entry and prize delivery.

Competition Period

Ongoing Entry: The competition will run continuously until the final draw.

Scheduled End: The competition is scheduled to conclude with a final draw on 10th April 2026.

Extension Right: Omega & Residentia Group reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to extend the competition and conduct additional draws beyond this date.

Winner Selection

Monthly Draw: One winner is drawn each month from the pool of approved reviews.

Draw Dates: The draw from last month’s reviews is held on the 10th of each month (or the next business day).

Notification: Winners will be informed via email on the day of the draw and their nickname and review will appear on this webpage alongside previous winners.

Prize Details

Prize: A Sôlt Portable Pizza Oven is awarded as detailed in the competition announcement.

Non-transferable: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with an alternative.

Contact: We will contact the winner via email to obtain their delivery details before dispatching the prize.

Publicity

By entering the competition, you agree to allow Omega Appliances and Residentia Group to use your nickname and review for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Disqualification

Omega Appliances & Residentia Group reserve the right to:

• Disqualify any incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entry.

• Remove entries with content that is false, misleading, or violates these Terms and Conditions.

• Disqualify any participant who breaches these guidelines or submits prohibited content.

Data Protection

Consent: By entering, you consent to the use of your personal data for administering the competition.

Review Management: Customer reviews are independently managed by Bazaarvoice to ensure authenticity and accuracy.

General Conditions

Right to Amend: Omega Appliances & Residentia Group may cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Final Decision: All decisions made regarding the competition are final and binding.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. By participating, you agree to comply with these rules.

Multi-Brand Competition: Residentia Group is the distributor for the brands Omega Appliances, Esatto and InAlto. The same competition is being run simultaneously across all three brands, and competition periods may overlap or run concurrently. Regardless of which brand you enter, you are eligible to win only one competition prize per month.

Intellectual Property & Content Guidelines

By submitting any content to Omega Appliances, you confirm that:

• You are the sole author and own all intellectual property rights in your submission.

• You have waived any “moral rights” in your content.

• All information provided is accurate and true.

• Your submission does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights (copyright, patent, trademark, etc.), or include defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.

• You will not include personal information in the review, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or URLs that may breach privacy.

• The content is free from any viruses, worms, or harmful software.
