Terms & Conditions – Omega “10 Weeks, 10 Winners” Promotion
Promotion Period: The promotion starts at 12:00am AEST on Saturday 1 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 10 August 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who purchase an eligible Omega cooking appliance (oven, upright cooker, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, laundry, refrigeration, wine storage) from The Good Guys, Bing Lee, or Betta Electrical during the Promotional Period and register their product warranty online at omegaappliances.com.au/warranty
How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must register their warranty online at the above URL within 14 days of their purchase date. One entry is awarded per eligible product purchased. For example, if a customer purchases both an oven and a cooktop, they will receive two entries.
Eligible Products: Only Omega-branded ovens, upright cookers, cooktops, rangehoods, dishwashers, laundry, refrigeration and wine storage are eligible for entry. Small appliances are excluded.
Draws & Prizes: One (1) winner will be drawn each week for ten (10) weeks, with a total of ten (10) winners over the Promotional Period. Each weekly winner will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for their eligible Omega product(s), up to a maximum total refund of AUD $3,500. Refunds will be made via EFT or as a prepaid gift card within 30 days of winner confirmation.
Draw Dates: Weekly draws will take place every Monday starting 10 June 2025, with the final draw on 12 August 2025. Each draw will include all valid entries received up to 11:59pm the preceding Sunday. Non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent draws.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the draw. Their first name and state/territory will also be published on omegaappliances.com.au/win-it-back within 5 business days of each draw.
Verification: Winners are required to provide proof of purchase, proof of identity, and proof of warranty registration to claim their prize. Failure to provide this information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
