1. Promoter
The promoter of this offer is Residentia Group Pty Ltd (ABN
70 600 546 656), the owner and distributor of Omega appliances in Australia. Visa prepaid gift cards are issued and managed by Blackhawk Network (BHN).
2. Promotion period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 July 2026. Purchases must be made within the promotion period. Claims with receipts submitted after 11:59pm AEDT on 16 August 2026 will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who purchase eligible Omega appliances from a participating retailer during the promotion period for personal, domestic use. Employees of Residentia Group, participating retailers, and their immediate families, as well as commercial and trade purchasers, are not eligible to participate.
4. Participating retailers
The Good Guys, Bing Lee, Spartan Appliances, Hart & Co., E&S, Rick Hart Outlet, Betta, and other independent retailers as designated by Residentia Group.
5. Eligible products
The offer applies to the following Omega product categories purchased at participating retailers during the promotion period:
— Cooking appliances (including dishwashers)
— Refrigeration
— Wine and beverage cabinets
A full list of eligible product SKUs is available to download here and also shown below. Accessories, spare parts, extended warranties and delivery charges do not contribute to the qualifying spend.
6. Reward tiers
Customers who spend the following amounts on eligible Omega products in a single transaction will receive a Visa prepaid gift card to the value indicated:
Single transaction spend / Visa gift card value
$1,000 – $1,999 / $100
$2,000 – $2,999 / $200
$3,000 – $3,999 / $300
$4,000 – $4,999 / $400
$5,000 or more / $500
The qualifying spend is the total purchase price of eligible Omega products paid in a single transaction, after any retailer discounts or promotions have been applied. Each qualifying transaction is eligible for one reward. Customers may make multiple qualifying purchases during the promotion period, with each eligible single transaction entitling them to a separate reward claim.
7. How to claim
To claim your Visa gift card, visit complete the online claim form found by clicking on the link below. You will be required to provide:
— Proof of purchase (original receipt or tax invoice showing the retailer, date, itemised products purchased and total amount paid)
— Your full name, email address and Australian postal address
Claims must be submitted no later than 11:59pm AEDT on 16 August 2026. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be processed. Residentia Group reserves the right to request original proof of purchase before issuing a reward.
8. Visa gift card
Approved claimants will receive a virtual Visa prepaid gift card via email within 14 business days of claim verification. The gift card is issued by Blackhawk Network (BHN) and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted online or in-store via mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay). The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The gift card is not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned or exchanged, and is not transferable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Standard BHN gift card terms and conditions apply.
9. General conditions
Residentia Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any claim and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process, submits fraudulent documentation, or otherwise acts in breach of these terms. Residentia Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. This promotion is not redeemable in conjunction with any other Omega promotional offer unless otherwise stated. This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and issuing rewards. Information will be handled in accordance with Residentia Group's Privacy Policy, available at www.omegaappliances.com.au/privacy-policy. By participating, claimants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for these purposes.
