Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: The Omega Entertainer "Competition" is conducted by Residentia Group Pty Ltd (ACN 600 546 656) of 165 Barkly Ave, Burnley VIC 3121.

  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Residentia Group Pty Ltd and their immediate families, or any affiliates, subsidiaries, and associated agencies.

  3. Competition Period: The Competition opens on Friday, November 1st 2024 and closes on Sunday, 13th December 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

  4. How to Enter:

    1. Participants must complete the Entertainer quiz available at www.omegaappliances.com.au/entertainer-competition.

    2. At the end of the quiz, participants must enter their contact details to complete the entry.

    3. By entering the Competition, participants agree to receive marketing communication from Omega and Residentia Group.
      Participants may opt out at any time.

  5. Prize: One winner will receive a bottle of Penfolds Grange wine. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000 AUD.

  6. Draw and Notification:

    1. The winner will be drawn randomly on Monday, 14th December 2024.

    2. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the day of the draw.

    3. A new winner will be drawn if the winner does not respond within 3 business days.

  7. Privacy: Residentia Group will collect and use personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws. Personal information provided will only be used for purposes related to the Competition, including contacting the winner and sending marketing communications, from which participants may opt out at any time.

  8. Disclaimer: This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Penfolds. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to Omega or Residentia Group.

  9. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Residentia Group reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  10. Governing Law: This Competition and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
